We are currently seeking a Senior Graphic designer to join our team.👩💻
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for a wide range of print and digital projects, including branding, marketing collateral, web design, and multimedia content
- Conceptualize and execute creative design solutions that effectively communicate client messaging and brand identity
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, copywriting, and web development, to ensure seamless project delivery
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers to help develop their skills and creative abilities
- Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve the quality of the team’s work
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within deadlines
- Provide art direction and creative input throughout the entire design lifecycle
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the design process and implement process improvements
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools
- Exceptional conceptual and visual design skills, with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout
- Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and best practices
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey design ideas and rationale
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring and managing junior designers
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field
