Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Account Manager to oversee our clients’ social media accounts and online communities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating original content, managing posts, responding to followers, and moderating client pages to ensure a cohesive and positive community experience. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging and relevant content (text, image, and video) across various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Design and execute social media campaigns that align with clients’ business goals.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing their social media accounts and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss social media strategies, performance, and feedback.
- Provide clients with comprehensive reports and insights on their social media performance.
Community Engagement and Moderation:
- Engage with followers and respond to queries in a timely manner.
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure a positive and supportive community environment.
- Implement community rules and guidelines to maintain a safe and respectful online space.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on client pages in a professional and effective manner.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.
- Prepare detailed monthly reports on social media performance, including growth, engagement, and key metrics.
- Utilize social media monitoring tools to track and report on trends, insights, and competitors.
Staying Updated:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies.
- Attend educational webinars, read industry publications, and participate in professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Hands-on experience in content management. - Excellent copywriting skills.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients effectively.
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Graphic design skills and experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Knowledge of web design, web development, and CRO is a plus.
